Sessions are arranged in a professional and enticing environment; satisfaction guaranteed. All sessions are scheduled for 1 hour. Please note that RaVaj Photography has 100% mobile capability. The studio can be erected just about anywhere as long as there is room and no extenuating circumstances. 

All studio sessions come with a 5 page print package.

Traditional Portrait Session
This session if offered for conventional time honored photographs. Great for graduations, family portraits, couples, and etc…
Price: $65 (10 per additional person) 

Non-Traditional Portraits Sessions
Non Traditional portrait session are for those of you who are bored of the regular smile and turn generic portraits. These concepts are designed with your imagination in mind. These specific portraits are shot with a fine arts approach and then skillfully retouched to bring them to life. No concept is too risky and is only limited by your desires. Please note that we respect your privacy and operate discreetly.
Price: $175 ($25 for each additional person)

Location Sessions
A session at the location of your choice scheduled for 2 hours. We are happy to photograph individuals anywhere; if you have an idea for a location, let us know. There is a $20 fee for any session to be moved from a studio environment. Additional fees may apply for certain areas. Please contact us with your location in mind for specific details.

Great photography is an invaluable tool for any actor, model, musician, or performer. Photographers at RaVaj Photography takes pride in providing fresh and exciting images for any need ranging from actors’ headshots, promotional items, model photos, to publicity photos. RaVaj Photography offers a few different photo session options for actors, models, musicians, and other performers. These Sessions are studio only; the location session may be added for an additional $25, or you can request BOTH for an additional $85. The session will be extended 1 additional hour for photo shooting purposes at no additional charge. Studio sessions incorporate studio lighting as well as natural light for a more contemporary look. Hair and make-up can also be scheduled with an experienced stylist upon request and availability. Additional charges may apply. Multiple clothing changes in the studio are advised (avoid patterns and other designs that can be distracting). All photos are color, although you can request Black and White or Sepia tone if you prefer. Additional images can be purchased online at anytime in print and download format.

Unlike traditional wedding albums, RaVaj Photography takes the time to skillfully edit and place images from your wedding into an immortalized recreation of your everlasting memory that will last a lifetime. The following are the orderable sizes

Wedding book Bridesmaids and Groomsmen add-on Package:
As a gift for those who have supported you on you very special day, you can now reward them with a duplicate 7x7 wedding album.

Engagement Photos:
To commemorate that special day, we now offer an exceptional portrait session for you and that special someone. This option will include a 5 page print package designed by you. Take advantages of the many different styles of photography we provide to give that personal touch to your engagement. Personal items or props are welcome.

Let us design and print your engagement or wedding announcements. We will use our extraordinary graphic design skills to bring to life the photo(s) you choose and create a memorable announcement for you to send to everyone. These double-sided high quality cards are sold in bundles of 100 and 250

Special event sessions are set for any event that will require journalistic style photography (roaming camera).
• Up to 3 ½ hours of coverage time
• Images will be edited for lighting and color correction

This price is based on the venue and will be catered to your specific event. (student, charity, and military/veteran organizations may contact us directly for special pricing) 

Items that will affect the price
• Travel over 100 miles from our local area($0.75 per mile)
• Events lasting over 3.5 hours ($75 per additional hour)
• Venue (events over 300 people in attendance will increase the price $25 per 100)
• Photo books from the event 20 page (soft cover: $30 each hard cover: $40 each) 

Photographic Calendar Session:

RaVaj Photography now creates customized calendars to fit your specific needs. All calendar images will be made available online at http://ravaj.smugmug.com. Images must be viewed before finalized. Print price will be set based on the amount of calendars ordered. Multiple locations, participants, and multiple shooting dates can affect the pricing. If you choose to have the images printed through another company images will be made available via DVD upon completion. (CD/DVD release will be required).
13 main images will be:
• edited, retouched, and graphically designed
• Special dates will be high lighted in the calendar and accented with images in the design.
• Special text can be added to each month or special day per request.
• Completed calendar design will be inspected for any deficiencies prior to final order.
• Images will be maintained and kept securely archived online and digitally filled.

Master CD/DVD:
The master CD/DVD Option makes it possible to make prints at any photo lab. The disc has the additional benefit of displaying the portfolio instead of a print book. All photos on your disc will be High Resolution as well as in color; although you can request color, sepia tone, or all black-and-white.

Processing Time
It is our goal to have images processed within 15 business and shipping at the latest on the 15th day. Larger orders may take slightly longer. If there is any delay in processing you will be notified immediately via email. We now offer Rush processing (1-5days depending on the order) for an additional $75 *plus shipping.

Large Jobs/ Commercial jobs
For commercial and large jobs that require costume work and skill please feel free to contact us directly so that we may come up with a proposal that will fulfill your needs at a reasonable price.

Travel Expenses
Out of area fees will incur for any areas located over 100 miles outside of our local Metropolitan area. These fees are to partially offset for travel expenses that will be accrued due to long distance travel such as gas, equipment transportation, lodging, food…etc. The current rate is $0.75 per mile. If you wish to provide travel and lodging accommodations, no additional fees will be incurred.


Digital Photo Booth Setup
If you are having a banquet or after party for your event, RaVaj Photography offers a free photo booth set up. All official event organizers will be entitled to one free photo 4x6in print at the beginning of the event. Photos will be taken over a digital backdrop, added to a backdrop of your choice, and printed on location. These images will also be made available at http://ravaj.smugmug.com where other addition merchandise and items may be purchased. All non-official organizers will be subject to the following print fees:

4x6 digital backdrop image (with cover) $5
8x10 prints (with cover) $15
Key Chains/Magnets (if available) $10






Notice: as of 1 Jan 2008 a deposit will be required prior to booking a session. The deposit will be 25% of the total package fee. The total session must me paid in full 72 hours before the start of the event. Sessions may be cancelled no later than 5 days before the photo shoot in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. There is a 15 minute grace period on all sessions except wedding sessions. After 15 minutes the session will be considered a no show and deposit will be lost. Sessions must be rescheduled no less than 72 hours prior to the photo shoot. Special circumstance will be viewed on case by case bases.

Notice: As of 1 August 2008. The following offers for professional images must be reviewed at the close of the shoot for image selection. Please allot for at least 10 minutes during your scheduled session for this process. Clients wanting RaVaj Photography to select the images for them must indicate it on the contract. If the client wants images reviewed by their agent, it must be done no later than 72hours after the photo shoot. Travel charges may apply.
